The cooking school is set in a traditional 80-year old wooden Malay
House. Guests will work with the Chef and prepare a number of
authentic dishes using traditional ingredients. Apart from the
different ingredients, the methods used will also be explained with
hands-on participation of the guests. At the end of the class,
guests will have their dinner, local style, in the main dining room
of the house.
